Toss the wrap that came with the header and either get it a proper thermal coating (swain tech or a company like them) or pick up some of the DEI Titanium wrap (if you do wrap it take your time and wrap each runner separately as much as you can. ) There is a how to on nasioc

Warning: my brand new grim speeds ceramic coating started to peel off after a month by the turbo. I wiped my finger across a spot on the top and it turned copper color.....I thought I was spreading some left over copper antisieze onto the black coating but I was rubbing the ceramic coating off!!!!

That is because of the coating type used on your DP. Its a paint on with ceramic in it unlike Swaintech or Zyrotec. Swaintech and Zirotec won't come off like that. Both Swain and Zyro apply their thermal coatings in a similar manner. My suggestion is do research on things (like coatings, wrapping, bracing, Motor upgrades and so on) before spending money. I would have suggested against coating the DP, some Hi-temp black paint and wrap just the upper section of the DP. would have cost less and netted better results.
Thanks for the info!
