Home defense and some shooting range action. Has anyone been to the range over in bay point? Also want to buy a side saddle but don't know witch one to get..

I heard from some people say buckshot is good for home defense, some say it's not powerful enough. I just don't know where to buy ammo and what to buy.

buckshot is great. the bigger the better. thing is to practice, practice, practice with the HD load you will be using.

btw, try staggering a slug for every 2-3 buckshot.

but be prepare to handle the slug.

btw, do you have a removable/replaceable choke?
