A pocket bike is not the same thing as a goped. In order to be classified as a goped, the vehicle must be able to be pedaled (ex. motorized bicycle)

non sense, you dont need no welding lol, we ordered a new motor for the bike and it was supposed to be exactly the same, but it was a little different, only 3 of the bolts for the motormount lined up and if we wanted all 3 to line up we had to hack off one edge lol ended up working like a charm :P
