please help with a strange ticket

So i got pulled down in san bernidino county while visiting family...

CHP was coming toward me as I "ran out of merge lane" and hit some dirt that sprang up.....so he flipped around and pulled me over.

I got a ticket for
Pass on Right Safely

21755. (a) The driver of a ( )1 vehicle may overtake and pass another vehicle upon the right only under conditions permitting ( )2 that movement in safety. In no event shall ( )2 that movement be made by driving off the paved or maintraveled portion of the roadway.

and no front plate, and cracked windshield.

On my ticket the front plate and cracked windshield were checked correctable, the passing on the right safely was obviously checked "no" for correctable.

So I got my bail notice in the mail. it shows the 3 charges and then says $25 for each correction. No other fines are mentioned. it says bail amount $600 without correction. So the most obvious question that comes to my mind is, what If I get the plate and windshield fixed and find a cool cop to sign off on the back of my ticket for all 3, send in the ticket plus $75? Is it possible I will get off for $75?

What would you do?

If they messed up, then I play along. Yesterday at Fry's I was buying an Ipad case and expected to pay $55 dollars, since that's what all the hangers said. But I found one on the bottom shelf that was a different pattern/color than all the ones on hangers, so I asked for a price check and he told me $5. I bought it right away.

Along with woocabin's "hookup" experience, I went to 7 eleven and somehow got (2) 20oz soda's, bag of chips and (4) taquitos for $3.54. I paid very quickly

Had a soda vending machine go haywire on me once, spewed out 9 cans of soda for 50 cents.

Oh wait, the ticket, right...

Oh ok gotcha. Well if you happen to come down south a little to the Oakland/Hayward area, I can get it signed off in the blink of an eye.
