Two pounds of noodles, fresh, already seems like a lot.

2lbs of Meat + 2lbs of Noodo in 1hr is the challenge...

My stomach wouldn't be able to hold all of it, and if I tried I'd probably die from ripping my stomach or barf it all back up!

Well, I'll be damned. Some people actually pulled it off.
Thanks for enlightening me

Still not a cakewalk though, IMHO.

I've attempted it and could NOT handle the amount of tripe/meatballs/MSG in it, although it's definitely possible if you attempt it quick and don't mind burning your month/not tasting anything for a couple days.

I've been there once, just to check out. The atmosphere is really cool, with everyone looking around to see who's doing the challenge. LOTS of girls there when I went, not sure if that's a typical weekend crowd or not.

They have 6 or 8 challenge bowls and while there, 3 guys finished. One was this totally flaming little gay dude and one was a somewhat larger guy, don't remember the last one.

This challenge is totally doable. When I ordered the regular size, I asked the waitress how many of "these" would the challenge be and she said 3. I easily could've done 2 so I don't think 3 is out of the question.

Go check it out, bring a camera, and enjoy the coolest pho atmosphere IMO.

My friend did it and barely made it but did get his picture on the wall. You get 60 minutes and don't need to drink the broth. They also let you go to the bathroom to throw up, haha.

Some skinny Kobayashi looking dude next to us finished in 35 minutes like it was nothing!!

There were a couple of other people attempting it at the same time too but didn't make it
