Yeah Daniel. I don't think the intent was to call you and mikki and the staff that actually did something out. I actually made the comment that I couldn't believe how few trash cans they put out.

Personally I"m glad we're not going back to that **** hole. $1000 ****ing dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how much is it for everyone else $250 or something like that. WTF!!!!!! what a bunch of *** holes. Seriously. What the $1500 for park entrance wasn't enough?

And I can see why you'd want to stick it to them....but to do that you have two ways to go. Don't do a damn thing and leave the place a **** hole or clean everything and showed them a clean well behaved example so those that follow might get treated with respect.

We did clean up a boat load of crap that people left in the parking lot and up top. We didn't say you guys didn't clean up as the 25 trash bags piled up would prove you did.

Hammy is a joke. Not the meat the place. I hate it. If you want help looking for a new location and getting it lined up feel free to call me. Shoot I have access to a ranch that would be much much better and be catered for the $2500 that place got. For $2500 at the ranch it'd be free parking. beer included....as many kegs as we can kill. One group went through 16. food. access to all the toys we have....giant slide. dunk tank. etc. We can get about 2500 people into that place. 4 bars. large parking lot. etc. that's just an example of what the money we spent could get us. We have TONS of options in the bay area.

OH...and International B. bastard I couldn't find your *** until you drove away. It was nice to see your ride there. Stop your foolishness...NO SALE NO SALE NO SALE..haaa.

We set out a steep set of rules so that no one would get the event cancelled or stopped before it was done.

Once we were over the hump, we started to tell people what they put us through this year just to make it happen.
The main reason they didn't want us there was poor judgement with driving. Not once did I have to say, "and I swear we'll pick up more this year than last" to convince them to let us come there.
I also gave them my number to call in case of ANY problems. I also told them if we did anything that bothered them this year to call us afterwards and inform us. (I want to know what to lecture everyone on).

I talked to the rangers on duty (other than the chick that lives up there) and they were all VERY cool about the whole thing and pretty much said we could do anything we wanted (aka jousting with a real blow up thing!!!) because they were just so impressed with the number of people we had there.

People are messy. The only way the parking lot wouldn't have been a mess is if people didn't hang out in it constantly. That's like saying that if you go to a movie, you throw your trash out next to your car in the lot when the theater is where you paid to be. Summary: Don't make the mess without picking up after yourself.

When Daniel and I left, there were still cars in the lot. If this masked the large amount of garbage you guys are talking about, I'm sorry... but, I didn't see it.

Moral of the story, if you have a problem with the amount of trash left behind, pick it up and then go ask the park rangers for some of the money we gave them to have the event.

I spoke for the whole club? Me? Excuse me, but what the HELL do you want me to do? You think someone is sitting there paying me to do this? Why don't YOU clean up all the garbage if it bothers you so much?

Admitting that this isnt NAZIOC and all, im still gonna say that you may not wanna pick an e-fight with a staff member.....

there could still be a Gestapo prowling around......

There is no gestapo... I'm as much of a member as I am a staff member. I don't expect to be treated any differently... Just because I have the ability to ban/move threads/etc/ doesn't mean I'm going to. This isn't NASIOC.

Good for you... I make the meet happen... I'm not responsible for every little thing that goes on in it. I'm just one person.

So for you to single me out, rather than to state that the general community didn't do their part to clean up makes you look like you're coming down on ME for something that everyone should have done. I take that as an insult.

I don't know you, probably have never met you, but I do this event to benefit all of us... not to sit here and take insults from someone.

Yeah, but one is in Stockton, and another is somewhere else in the Central Valley.

After sending $$ to each of the two non-members, we're patiently waiting to see if the chairs actually arrive soon.
