Strange thing is, someone said the t can pop off under boost .. car threw the cel during highway cruising speeds of 65-70 mph.. roughly around 2800rpms.. I hope it isn't a sticking/leaky valve like you've stated earlier, zumnwrx

It wasn't disconnected, it was all in place but loosely fitted.. with slight movement, it came off very easily that's why I thought maybe some zipties would firmly hold the hose in place.. can the t fitting actually go bad? It's sort of hard to reach down there, not much wiggle room..

There is a zip tie at both ends where the bottom of the T is (the smaller hose out of the two) but even with the zip tie on there, the hose comes off fairly easy.. I'm gona get new ones and tie it firmly tomorrow.. the nipple itself does not seem to be damaged.. what is this part called btw?

I had similar issues back in the day after replacing my fuel pump. I didnt seat the panel/gasket under my backseat properly so it was leaking a little bit.....once i went back and re did the install, it cleared my CEL. Good luck!
