Smile OT Where is the best BBQ in the east bay?

I am looking for 3 things:

1) In your opinion where is the best resturant for BBQ in the east bay?

2) Where can I find the hottest hot wings

3) Where can I find the best tasting hot wings ( Hot but not burn the **** out of your mouth hot)

Thanks

PS i'm hungry

everett and jones is pretty good... there's one in berkeley, oakland and hayward. I prefer Memphis Minnies, but it's in the lower haight in SF. They got some tasty hot wings too.

I'm not a huge fan of anything spicy. However, University Chicken (a.k.a. Cluck U) had some tasty hot sauce. I was surprised.

It's called University chicken now, no more "cluck you". I also think that they are supposed to open one up in downtown SJ.

Best BBQ I have ever had was at a place called Andy's, but it got bulldozed

Aww, what? Thats pretty weak that they changed their name. If you want HOT wings though, go to "University Chicken", and take the hot-wing challenge.
