OT: Tall guys - where do you shop?
I'm going insane. I'm 6'3" and I wear a 36x34 or 36x36 pant. I want a nice pair of kahki pants to wear, cargo preferred but i can't find any that are long enough. I asked one of the floor employees at Macys why they longest pant they carried seemed to be 32 and she said that's all they get anymore, with an occasional 34.
This seems to be true pretty much everywhere - jc pennys, nordstroms, express. I can't shop at Gap or BR because I'm not some euro skinny hot guy with curly hair, so none of their stuff fits. I'm too skinny and short for Big&Tall.
Where's a guy to buy some nice clothes?
thanks.

haha serious. I am 6"3 and i normally buy 34x34. The length is pretty much perfect for me and the waste is good. I have somewhat wide hips so i probably should be a 32 but my hips make things snug. I shop a zumiez, pac sun, etc. Never really shopped at anchor blue much but my last pair of pants are from there and i wear them all the time.

i'm 6'2", and wear 32x34 and have a hell of a time finding pants. before Structure went effeminate, i was able to find pants there on a pretty regular basis. these days though, the gap doesn't carry anything, ditto Macy's and Nordstroms. my last pair of khakis came from Pacific Sunwear.
right now, i wear RL jeans simply because they come in the right size, and Carhartts -- for the same damn reason.
oh, and while i'm ranting here, where do tall skinny guys get suits? huh? i went shopping for a suit about three weeks ago, and there was NOTHING! no one makes a suit that doesn't make me look like i'm trying to hide three Desert Eagle .50's under my coat! then again, i do wear a 44 jacket, and 30x34 dress pants....

I'm such a lazy bastard, I shop at Costco & Marshalls.
Once or twice a year Costco gets super baggy Silvertab jeans that work well. I get 44x38 and they fit like a 40x34.
Plus I'm 6'3" 230 with a beer gut, so my inseam isn't as long!
I find all sorts of good, cheap jeans and athletic clothing at Marshalls, XL, XXL, and high quality 40x34 & 40x32 jeans.

I have ONE HELL OF A TIME finding pants in my size.
30x34
Virtually impossible to find. Last time I asked the dude at structure if they carried a particular style in 30x34 he LAUGHED OUT LOUD AT ME, I'm not kidding... He told me they have nothing that size.
Dockers used to be available in that size, but now they are no longer made, even for order over the internet, in that size.
Eddie Bauer can order pants in that size, but I dislike Eddie Bauer khakis, Gap only gets 30x32.
There used to be a CK store in Great Mall that carried 30x34s, so I could at least get jeans, but I can't find khakis, and I've been looking since I have three or four pairs of khakis that are frayed at the cuffs and I feel like a scrub at work. I need new pants, but I CAN'T FIND THEM.
Is it too much to ask to be able to buy a pair of decent flat front chino/khakis that fit?
