make them pay for a maid service man.
that or buy stink bombs and break them in the bathroom and their room until they see the light, better yet plant a few mice in their rooms. IF they dont care if they are living with mice then well crap move out.

when one of them says, man i gotta take a crap, hustle into the bathroom and cover the toilet seat in ****. see how they like it.
make sure that any inconveniences they cause are reciprocated ten-fold. repeat until they get a clue.
you may have to resort to taking dumps on their pillowcases, but that should do the trick.

my college dorm was nasty! at the end of the year we spend nearly two days cleaning the place up for the inspection. the refridgerator was nasty. there was some sort of melted chocolate in the far back that no one knew about and it molded. i had to clean that, along with all the spilled drinks, salad dressing and such...
the rooms were the cleanest, well at least my room was. once you step foot into our place, you'll see garbage bags among garbage bags just sitting there. tp leading from the bathroom to my other roommates room.
the sink we had was one of those two sided ones, one side was filled with dishes and pots. by the time someone finally cleaned it we could not get rid of the oil stain around the sink.
and the worst part ever was that whenever i would take a shower, my roommate would lock the door and "relax" by watching ****. i come out of the shower knock on the door, and he yells give me a minute! nasty bastard...im standing there half naked dripping water.
now we are all booted from the dorms, living in apts, or frat houses, or at home commuting to school.

Get a cleaning person, its so much easier, and the more roommates you have the cheaper it gets. Most of the time the slobs will easily agree to it cause its even less work they'd have to do and you get someone coming in regularly to clean up the place.

I've had my fair share of dirty ones.
Once I took everything they left out and put it on their bed.....bit passive agressive but it worked....
OK damn it you caught me...that was me...my room mate did that to me.
It caused a confrontation where I returned the favor and then we talked it out. House is pretty damn clean now.
You have to set your boundaries bro. I do it in a way that they understand you are serious.

hahaha me and my other 2 roomates packed everything into my other roommates boxes, put on his bed, and took a mini bat to them, and many airsoft guns. he wasnt there when we had to clean up for the inspection.

I lived in a place like this during college and it sucked.

people only will start doing things when $$$ gets involved.
when your roomies start to ***** and complain, tell them to get off their butts and start cleaning around them...

take them outside and rev on them, letting loose your BOV in rapid succession and then yell "You see this? You see this? Clean the F'ing bathroom or you're gonna get it!" Alright that was stupid.

get crazy with them tommy. make a time card out and put it on a clipboard with "log-in" "log-out" times and condition of said area. make it simlple and provide a POS watch and pen.
example:
bathroom: time in: 8:30am time out: 9:00am (due to rubbing one off and a large dinner last night) condition: good; smells fine.
Fridge: time in: 10am time out: 10:01am reason: beer condition: great.
garbage: taken out by: tommy date: 11/25 signed tommy
it's works well once everything is CLEAN! then this will help keep it that way. just have to push the responsibilty from time to time.
