Omgwtfbbq!!!!
w00t!!
Today is an awesome day! I got a call from my bank and said that I was approved for my new car loan. And I've basically sold my old car. The buyer is coming Saturday to pick up the car.
So hopefully I'll be driving my brand spanking new '05 WRX by sunday!
I used to own a '98 2.5RS which I turbo charged, but then sold that and bought an RX-7. But I missed my subaru sooo much, I just had to come back! I've been planning on getting one for so long, and it's finally happening.
BTW, this will be my first "brand new" car. How long is the break in period? 1000 miles? Or does it take longer than that.
Here are pics of my old Impreza, hopefully some of you will recognize it and remember who I am. And hopefully I'll be able to make it to the UCKK meets again.
Hopefully you guys don't mind me posting this thread. I was just so freaking excited I had to post!

Thanks for all the compliments and congrats guys
Never dyno'd it. But ran at 13.2 at Sears Point, well it's not sears point anymore, but was when I went there. I know that's not super fast compared to what you can get out of WRXs, but I was more than happy with that.
No, the pictures were taken on the top of the parking structure at Vallco mall. But I do go to de anza. This is my last quarter there.
I thought about it, but I'll be very happy with an '05. If the '06 models look anything like the concept pictures that are all over the forums... then I'll be glad I didn't buy an '06. The peanut headlights are actually my favorite. And I'll be fine with a 2.0L engine.

Car Info: 2016 Acura RDX ... meh. Um, nice subwoofer?
Man if you were already doing 13.2's with an oldschool RS, I think you should go straight to STi-land. I hope you wont be dissappointed with a slow WRX's like mine
