The best canned tuna I've had is this stuff:

If you want to talk about a factory of death, have a look at Chili's. All of their chicken salads are like 1000 calories, their sandwiches are anywhere 800 - 1670 calories, and basically any entree you get is going to be 1000 calories. And these are "per serving," and often, without sides. Essentially, any entree you get at Chili's will be close to, if not over, 2000 calories.

In n out isn't nearly as bad as these sit down places.
Most true fast food has less calories, but probably chalk full of trans fats.

Sit down restaurant chains are the absolute worst.

My lunches consist of tuna sandwich, pbjs, togos and a burrito from a taqueria once in a while. Sometimes I'll grab taco bell, but that's like 2x month.

I haven't had taco bell for ages, and I fear how my gut would react if I did

In n' Out and Panda are the only fast foods I touch, and even those are once every few months.

I still find it odd how many people eat out and then eat bad stuff so regularly. I still have some friends who come over and say they are hungry, but won't eat anything I am making and instead have to go get a sack of stuff at Taco Bell or something. I usually have a turkey sandwich or something like that for lunch on homemade bread with simple, fresh ingredients. It's so much cheaper than going out, I feel better, and it's already here at my house. Get a sack of pinto beans, put them in the slow cooker with some pepper, onions, garlic and you pretty much have refried beans for a week or so. Put a round top roast or a couple chicken breasts in the slow cooker w/ a few more spices and you have amazing burritos. I drove around yesterday thinking it would be cool to go get some food somewhere instead of making it myself, thought of about 5 different places that I used to go and couldn't think of one I REALLY wanted or that wasn't too much food, so I just came home and made a burrito. I dunno. My wife and I get a burger at a local, and I go to my fav restaurant every once in a while but other than that we pretty much eat things we make, and that all started from both of us feeling like crap every time we ate out somewhere.

Well reading up on it a little, looks like the flat sammies aren't quite so evil and that's what I've been getting when I go there.
