It has good pictures on the main 3 types of 4 stroke engines in cars. If you look at how the pistons are set up, both the Inline and the HO setup pistons are PARALLEL to eachother while the V style is more of a 45 degree angle to one another. So I don't see how calling a HO similar to an inline is like comparing a V to an Inline...
