Grilled bread, broccolini, hot smoked coho salmon (from Seattle), Basque cheese, coppa/salami/mortadella, olive tapenade, some dipping oils, and some Syrah.

Wanted steak and potatoes, but work went later than it was supposed to so I settled for In n' Out and some Stone beer.

Korean food again - soon-tofu jigae (spicy silken tofu soup/stew), grilled kalbi/bulgogi (marinated short ribs/rib eye), ggim (roasted "seaweed"), banchan (little side dishes, i.e. kimchi cucumbers, bean sprouts, etc.). Oh, and a Tecate to wash it all down....

LOL...that's actually just a white dish with slices of takuan in it, which is just a yellow picked daikon radish (usually comes in long half-moon shaped logs). I guess when it's sliced up it can look like a "mouth" and on that white dish, it does kinda look like an egg.

I posted this in the bacon thermal lance thread, but this is where I should have posted it.

I had the most AMAZING BLT (home made).

2 slices of Orowheat multigrain bread, fresh as can be
6 slices of SUPER thick sliced smoked applewood, peppered bacon
stack of fresh lettuce
Sliced purple tomatos from our garden (a little more acidic then regular tomatoes and taste a bit more like tomatoes
A very light spread of ranch

= Best BLT I've ever had. The bacon and tomatoes really made it epic. God damn that was good. I could eat that every day.
