Friggin Monday...I was too lazy to make dinner tonight,so I picked up some breakfast for dinner.
Two home made biscuits and gravy, hash browns, 4 pieces of bacon ( swimming in gravy ) Two sausage links, and not pictured ( because they didn't fit in the box ) were about four scrambled eggs, and two english muffins with strawberry jelly! I'm not a fat guy...although looking at what I eat may make you think different...I can just eat and eat and eat. I love food!

Aka spicy miso ramen at Maruichi in Mountain View. I also had a piece of the stewed pork my friend ordered. Dude, dunk that piece of pork in the spicy miso broth. That ruled so hard. I went to the Maruichi in Milpitas, thought it was "aight" and never gave the Mt. View location a chance. I did a couple times this past month (Kuro ramen is pretty awesome). Totally changed my opinion about that place. At least I'd prefer to go to the MV location.

Yeah, I'm trying to trim down a little bit, so I'm trying to eat things in proper proportions/everything in balance. The stout probably doesn't help, but whatever

The other night we had turkey meatloaf wrapped in pancetta served open-face sandwich style on onion-rye bread with arugula mayo + side of sauteed mustard greens and deep-fried corn. Had that with a glass of Monastrell.

Tonight, we had roasted chanterelle/shiitake/cremini mushroom pizza made with garlic naan, drizzled with white truffle oil and grey sea salt.
