Quick lunch.
1. Coppa
2. Gourmet cheese
3. Dill pickles
4. Fresh french bread
5. Tomato with a dash of salt, basil, and balsamic vinigar (not pictured)
6. Cold beer
= Lunch of the gods. (Coppa has to be a certain kind imported from Italy from a family farm, who happen to be friends of my family). The cheese is also from a local farm that makes cheese daily, you can't really tell from the pics.
The way you eat it is to take a bite of each item, the mix of flavors is amazing! The basil and balsamic vinegar add to the coppa, cheese, and just create one of the most amazing flavors ever. If you guys ever come over I'll serve a similar dish to you guys, it's a favorite of all my friends.

So for tonight I felt like cooking and I wiped up a bowl of locally famous, Roy's Teriyaki Beef Bowl!
Ingredients:
White (or brown) rice.
Beef chunks for soup.
Soy Vay
Teriyaki Sauce
Ginger
Scotch (optional)
A1 Steak Sauce (optional)
Cook the rice. This is self explanatory; it's pretty hard to mess up rice.
Put the beef bits in a pan and douse with Soy Vay and Teriyaki sauce; enough to have half of the beef half way in the sauce.
Bring to medium heat.
Take a pinch of ginger and sprinkle liberally on each beef bit.
I took 2 fingers of Johnny Walker 'Swing' Scotch Whiskey and doused (WATCH OUT FOR FLAMES).
I then added a dribble of A1 Steak Sauce after I turned the meat the first time to add a kick.
I stack the rice and beef and trade off each level, I find the sauce is great if put on top of the rice level for later noms.
BAM!
Serves 1 or 2, best eaten with a White Ale or Asahi beer.
Final step - use chopsticks and omnomnomnomnom!
