Haha, yeah, I was pretty stoked on the lack of flames coming out of my oven this time! And making BBQ sauce is very easy: ketchup, mustard, grated lemon, lemon juice, and brown sugar and/or maple syrup. You could probably add some cayenne pepper if you wanted a spicy sauce.

Free-range delicately BBQ'ed poultry generously drizzled with a delectable tangy BBQ sauce along with hand-microwaved brown rice. On the side is fresh from the bag lettuce with hand made "oil and vinegar style dressing" and fresh professionally grated parmesan cheese. Of course served with a glass of the finest Australian Cabernet that $13 can buy.
