That looks good...but there needs to be like 5x more of it to count as a meal.
I hope you're having a wedding cake for dessert, or you're going to bed hungry

Congrats on the properly cooked garlic bread this time

I was actually thinking BBQ chicken too, although I lack the skills to make the sauce.

Haha, yeah, I was pretty stoked on the lack of flames coming out of my oven this time! And making BBQ sauce is very easy: ketchup, mustard, grated lemon, lemon juice, and brown sugar and/or maple syrup. You could probably add some cayenne pepper if you wanted a spicy sauce.

Free-range delicately BBQ'ed poultry generously drizzled with a delectable tangy BBQ sauce along with hand-microwaved brown rice. On the side is fresh from the bag lettuce with hand made "oil and vinegar style dressing" and fresh professionally grated parmesan cheese. Of course served with a glass of the finest Australian Cabernet that $13 can buy.

I think except for the BBQ Sauce (whole foods), the croutons (generic grocery store), and the wine (bevmo) all of the ingredients were from trader joes

It's all in the description!

I have had that dinner many times over...but I prefer the jasmine rice to the brown rice, when coupled with the chicken.
