I did get to go drive STi #17 ... That was me driving out in the pic. I liked it till I turned into 8 and 9. The back of the car didnt feel very planted...

The subaru guy running the line for the test drive said the 2009 wrx will have the STi gearbox. So I bet the 2009 STi will have paddle shift..
