If the ban was stronger, it would really make a statement on PEDs. For example, 25% salary fine, rest of the season ban. If caught after allstar break, next season banned too. I bet that would really wake people up.

MLB has a good program to check, they just need to implement it more often. This type of PEDs check should also go for the NFL. Again, harsher fines. Make it announced for the following year to make it 110% Crystal Clear the punishments.
