I think this was really well said, and great to hear about the team support

Absolutely, team support is needed. You can blame him all you want, but who was responsible for the 1/13 3rd downs? Who threw the ball in the ground?
Dude was 23yrs old taking over a key positional area on special teams that obviously was Ginn's job. He made a mistake, but there were plenty of opportunities to win.
2 Ints Goldson knocked off two of our guys, and one guy out of the game on. Can we get a 3rd ****ing down? Where was Crabtree?
Great response, he owns the mistake. It'll be a rough off season, but when you look back on the regular season, he's made great catches, showed good hands, and super speedy.
He reminds me of Desean Jackson... even with the failness that he possesses. So as long as he can hang onto the ball, he'll be alright and explosive...
49ers still need a good 3rd/4th Wideout. Almost every year a receiver bites the dust, whether it be Crabtree and foot, Morgan's knee, Ginn's knee.
Swain wasn't it, and Crabtree disappeared. Again, look for a good 6'2+ receiver in the draft, or picked up in the off season.
One of two things needs to happen on a 3rd down pass. #1 QB throws the receiver open, #2 The receiver makes himself open.
If you are a good QB, you can do #1, since it's Alex Smith, can't bank on that too much.
So you need at least #2, and 49ers had ZERO of that, except for once when Williams blew by and Smith missed him deep.
I'd also like to see Hunter in the flat more often, just likes a Sproles. I was disappointed I didn't see him in the flat. I believe he can pwn 90% of opposing team for a chunk any day.

Oh and last but not least. Amazing to say Smith actually gets a coordinator for a 2nd year that isn't some Jimmy Raye fail, we're definitely going to see a better offense than this year.

first thing is first, make sure to resign the free agents from the d cause i think they will be just as good if not better next year.. then pick dsean or draft a wr with ur first pick.. also all the mean time assuming that alex is going to re-sign.. going to be a interesting off season that's for sure..

49ers.com | NFL, Smith Honor Jim Harbaugh
In case anyone missed it, Jim Harbaugh was named Coach of the Year by the Associated Press.
"In the second award of the evening, Jim Harbaugh was named Coach of the Year by the Associated Press, making him the first 49ers coach to receive the honor since Bill Walsh did it in 1981.
Both Harbaugh and the Hall of Fame 49ers coach went to the NFC Championship game in their respective seasons as AP Coach of the Year and both did it with 49ers teams coming off 6-10 records"
"Three All-Pro 49ers defenders, Willis, Bowman and defensive tackle Justin Smith, were all in contention for the AP’s Defensive Player of the Year Award. Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs took home the honor.
Rookie linebacker Aldon Smith was edged in the AP’s Defensive Rookie of the Year Award by Broncos linebacker Von Miller."

You resign all the D, most of the offense. Add a big WR that's beast mode and will win any body battle like a Jimmy Graham/Megatron/Andre Johnson and you win.
