Most teams that have win the +/- ratio with turnovers do fairly well, but I do agree A. Smith can look good, and look awful at times. I mean even the commentators can see it. During the game against Seattle Smith had a chance to go deeper down the field but ended up going short... always be lookin' for the long bomb.

Thursday is going to be an interesting game. Even if the niners lose they still have a chance. I would prefer them to win it, because that would increase the chances at the playoffs. I know a lot of people were disapointed we don't lose out and get a draft pick, but I personally would prefer pushing for the playoffs.

Have the 49ers ever made it within the 2minute warning with all 3 timeouts? Geesh. Talk about miscommunication.

unfortunate about Justin Smith. Thats a huge loss, especially because he didn't mean any harm.

They KNOW how to make the wrong choices...

1) Nate gets beat, happens all the time.
2) 49ers can't get 6inches, I mean QB SNEAK! DO THE %%% PLAY! WTF?
3) Delanie Walker drops a nice ball.
4) Justin Smith is gone.
5) Brooks drop a ****ing INT-TD possibility @ the 30 yard line WIDE open.
6) 49ers play too far off, get beat on a 2nd and 7 so easily. Then they walk in for a TD.

I can't totally blame Smith for a terribly bad game. I blame more of the Offensive coordinator and the defensive coordinator. I'm still bashing my head on the 4th and goal inches and NOT a QB sneak and the Brooks wide open drop.

7) Norris failing on blocking negating a 85yard kickoff return. Somehow I knew a flag would be there... i love how people do fouls away from the ball. I mean shoving his chest instead of his face mask... wouldn't have changed a thing. I'm sure I'll be able to add more... man I miss the days of Steve Young and mistake free football.

49ers ****ing suck. At least Troy would have given them a chance or would have been more elusive. I wonder if this is what Singletary meant when he stated on picking Alex over Troy about (knowing the whole play book) because it looks like the Chargers know every play and V. Davis hasn't gotten a ball thrown to him once. NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING down the field. You'd maybe think Troy might have just tossed one up and given someone a chance.

49ers completely ****ing suck terribly. New coaches please. 49ers need 4 scores, not possible with how slow their offense gets down the field and their defense can't stop stop anything.

Incredibly frustrating game to watch. If you were going to go for it on 4th down, the qb sneak should have been used. Alex did not necessarily have a bad game, but he can not carry the whole team. Players need to make it happen. (Morgan had a good game)
Just like the post before the niners have failed to capitalize on opportunities. They have talent, but just can not unleash it. At this point, I don't know if I want the niners to win out because I would end up spending money for a playoff game, just to see something like this happen. Although, anything can happen in the playoffs....
