Damn I checked dates on everything I could. I totally forgot about Lemons. I thought it was in august. Sorry about that man.
We tried to make it a solid date for as many people as possible.

Sure. Try to get a rundown of what he prefers to spin. If he opened to tone it down to family safe stuff if necessary and get a cost for the day along with what he needs and/or provides. Also see if he'll cut us a deal since it's a charity event if I put his logo on the shirt.
feel free to pass my email to him.

I should be able to give you a time by the end of the weekend.
I'm hoping to start filling out the list of confirmed raffle prizes in the next few days too.
I'm also hoping to have a cost locked down for the vendors and attendees. Hopefully that will help fill out that vendor list a bit more. So far I've only got one no from a vendor. I'm hoping to change their mind but it may just be a scheduling conflict that can't be avoided.
Things should start unrolling in the next few days. Daniel dropped me a line but for some reason my phone desided not to tell me I had a message for 6 DAYS!

What kind of input do you guys have for hours.
We are not going to be doing the bbq so the event should be more organic. Only official times would be an early raffle, late raffle, car show.
I haven't been down to look at this year site yet so I don't know if we want to try and set up some organized events like we have in years past.
Have a lot of work to do over the next couple weeks.
How do you feel about 11:30-2:30? Of course people will be there earlier and later.

Mike has been a HUGE help. Daniel getting the site was huge and he has more input coming so I see big things coming.

Yea.. Years previous (the few that ive been to), it normally "starts" around 11 for the presale tickets to "enter". But that was when we had BBQ.
Just a general time works, just so we know when to meet/take off with our caravan
