No it is paved. Some gravel has fallen down from the hill and is in a few corners.

Either way like DSav said its a car meet no need to take corners fast. if you want to go for a drive later then you can do so.

That's mostly what the words of caution are about. If you have never been to the top and seen the observatory, you really should. It's awesome. But the further you get to the top, the windy and narrower the road gets. That's where you could be be yourself and will need to exert some self control.

Then you should do one of two things... invest in a clear bra... park your car in the garage and NEVER drive it.

There is gravel on every highway and most roads in this state.

very true. When I replaced my front bumper, just from normal wear it was pretty pitty from everyday use. Clear bra is a yes sir
