maybe ask the people who prepayed to send you money through paypal for the entrance? then you could just check people off the list, or something like that

Added Cobb's raffle input.
We'll have a few more things than what are listed but I don't know exactly what yet. I think some shirts from Cobb and a few other folks.
Stoked.
Was up there this weekend with walker, matt and just missed glen. I think things are gonna be really laid back and fun up there.

Oh... and there is a grill there. I'd prefer everyone support the food trucks but the grill is there. You can buy bags of charcoal from the park or bring your own and some meat and have at it.
Bring your kids, your dogs, etc. Just keep an eye on your dogs as people will be coming and going all day. I'm leaving mine at home just cause I can't keep a proper eye on him. But I've had him up there twice in the last couple weeks and he had a blast running around like a wild man.

I'm not sure what will happen next year but I'm going to talk it through with Dan and a few of the people that have stepped up to help out and try to get things rolling early. What I'd kind of like to do is have the show rotate every year. Pick 2-3 spots and rotate it so everyone in the bay area can share the drive year to year. Either way, I'll put a plan in to works if we do Hammy again next year to get pre-pays in order including park entrance... it was part of the process this year but I couldn't get it rolling in time.
It's really not that big of a deal. The show caravan should be up early. The vendors should be up early... etc. It's not that big of a deal to get in as long as everyone brings cash. And I'll have my parking guru up there trying to help out the best he can.

Yes there is. Can't be avoided. Last time it was at a park it was $15 plus $10 for parking so I think we're ahead of the game a bit. LOL.
I don't mind supporting parks. They keep trying to close them so it's good for the state too.
