Maybe this will cut down on random help threads that have been showing up more frequently. I'm definitely a culprit when it comes to random help questions. So here it goes!
I can't seem to find any DIY info on how to change reverse lights on my wagon. Searched on nasioc, google, and i-club and came up with nothing.
in return: giant bubbles
some extra incentive: sweet gun
lol

IIRC, the owner's manuals are available to view without a charge, but don't hold me to that. I haven't been to the public side of the site for years.

I think the whole process of changing a light bulb is pretty self-explanatory.
1. open trunk
2. locate tail light housing
3. remove access panel nearest to tail light housing using a screwdriver
4. remove the 3(?) bolts holding the tail light in place (probably a 10 or 12mm socket and you might need an extension to reach some of the bolts)
5. remove the damaged bulb. You might need to disconnect the wires from the back or you might just twist the whole bulb assembly out the back of the housing.
6. replace with a new bulb, reassemble in reverse.
7. do the other side because its easier while you already have the tools out and you don't want to do it again (the bulbs are usually in packages of 2 anyway)
If you're afraid to tackle a bulb-change without a DIY then maybe you should have someone else work on your car for you?
