Gordon Biersch's "Blonde Bock" is not really a bad one, but if you can find a bottle of Augustiner's Hellerbock then get that! It's a lager'd bock. Your fridge setup should come in handy!
BTW the Tower 10 is very nice!! Thanks for the tip. I also went back for another bottle of the Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point but they didn't have anymore - all gone. Their regular IPA is good, but not like the Sculpin.

Anyways, next time you're back in my neck of the woods let me know ahead of time, I have some of the holiday brews for you
Just wait til A) you move to the right side of the mountain, and B) I have multiple brews kegged.
BTW Jacob, I just picked up a small freezer to go with my kegs.

Just had some of this at the Crows Nest, its part of the "Lips of Faith" program New Belgium has. Not all of the beers get sold outside of the program I guess. Its DAMN good, if you can find it try it!
Fall Wild Ale
Fall Wild Ale, our mahogany-hued autumn ale spiced with schisandra, opens with the floral, earthy notes of fall itself. Schisandra berries, known as "five flavor fruit," possess a panoply of flavors . This malt-forward dubbel ale is fermented with a Trappist yeast and finishes dry and slightly sour from a touch of bretta.
Fall Wild Ale weighs in at 8.5% abv.

I'll look into it, but Belgian stuff has a 100% failure rate for me so far.
By the way, I'll soon (well, relatively soon) be able to have 20 gallons of beer on tap in the garage
I'm looking to get it done by late spring.

I'm hoping to have the keezer done in time for my Maibock. Since the maibock has to age for months (morebeer says 6 months for their kit, other recipes say 3 to 4) that should give me plenty of time.

I haven't figured out yet what the Triple Bastard Ale is.
