Just a thought with compiled suggestions/opinions from what I've heard. Is there anyway to separate entry and food? Maybe for next year. Have a solid $5 entry since its donation then have people but food tickets if they want to eat? Yeah presales is gonna be the way to go about buying food for this mas amount but maybe just going a step down to burgers and hotdogs since if were about to run out a trip could be made to safeway real quick. Just throwing something out there, dunno if it will work since it is a ton of work. Maybe someone can chip in with this and give a better one than I did. Everything still went great this year!

+! on the great venue. It was a nice view of the city and good spot overall.
Only suggestions I have would be to make more announcements about whats going on (like food will be served at 1pm / food will be distributed by ticket number so people don't stand in line / etc). Some filler stuff would be cool (games. contests, or something while people are walking around). Turn down the music a little (so people can talk in the vendor area). One last suggestion would be to put some sort of speaker outside in the front parking lot area, only so people outside can hear announcements (like when its their turn to get food) and such.
Overall, great job. Thanks for the hard work Greg and all of the volunteers who made it happen!

+1 to the loud music, but overall not to shabby . i loved driving out there to that old navel base . so many people were passing by and looking at all the sweet rides . i was so proud to be a subie owner today, good times, no clowns starting fights or anything( as far as i could see at least ) . and beautiful cars !
there were so many cars in the parking lot that needed to be in that display area. and yes being there at BAM for the first time really did make me realize also how stock my car is and how much my car needs to be lowered. when i got back to my car i was like daaaamn my car looks like a truck with that much wheel gap . aaaahhhh . anyways sorry to blah blah blah but it was def some good times

Thanks to the vendors that stepped up. Those that didn't ... you were missed but you missed out more.
Paul... huge as usual. Free shirts and stickers. Killer raffle prizes. Money. And most importantly... smiles. Always a joy chatting with you guys.
Other vendors... thank you for helping make bam a rad event. Keep it suby yo!
Lic... sorry I missed out on the swag. Killer stuff this year.
Gabe. Thanks for knocking out those shirts so quick. I'll get on the horn with you on the next run asap.
Thanks greg and Silke for stepping up this year. Its easy to complain and point out flaws. Its hard to take those comments in stride. You guys did a pretty Damn good job for your first go at it. I hope if you tackle it next year you can apply What you learned and some of the great ideas of the community. Thanks for your hard work. I had a blast.
Thanks to the caravan coordinators. One of my favorite parts of the day.
Was awesome meeting some new folks and chatting with the ogs. Daniel, gagan, alex, aaron ... we all need to thank you for iclub... period. Justin... you too buddy. Og tripple og.
Matt. Way to step in and handle the photos.
Sea of green... didn't know who I was looking for. Sorry broham.
Justin/paul. Thx for the oil change. Hopefully my car is ok.
Southbay caravan... I'll try to come out more. Good to meet you guys. Sorry for the flyby!

The venue was kick ***! Had a lot of fun. As already said, the music was a bit loud. Also, I'd like to see burgers and hot dogs make a return next year. I think ribs were a little to tricky to serve to 300+ people correctly. Props to the chefs anyway, I heard a couple bailed before the meet, but the ones there picked up the slack!

I really enjoyed seeing everyone's rides. Some awesome things are being done. It's always fun (and often educational) to see how each individual makes their Subie their own.
The music is my main complaint. *It was way, way too loud and pretty 'one note' in the music selection. It would have been nice to be able to hold conversations with people without screaming. I am pretty sure some stereocilia were sent to their deaths while I was sitting at the tables eating lunch.
I thought the venue was nice. Timing on the food and raffle was much later than I expected (raffle started well after 3:30 - and the event was scheduled to end at 3).
I recall hearing that there were issues with the cooking volunteers (unable to come, missed communication or some such). Such is the way of things sometimes with volunteers. It is unfortunate as that appears to have thrown much of the afternoon's schedule off. Hopefully a group of solid volunteers will help out next year to make the event even better.
Out of curiosity does any one know what happened to the vegetarian lasagna or the "Grand Raffle Prize - a built shortblock from DBTuned" that was listed on the event description? Did I manage to leave before the raffle drawing was over? (I left as the awards for the cars were starting to be given out)
Looking forward to meeting folks at the local meets and seeing everyone at next year's event. Snobaer will be rockin' a nice set of mods by then!

...you'll have to ask Paul about the short block. I have no idea what went on with that.

Great to see everyone yesterday. SOme of you, it's been a long time. Others not long enough oh well. I'm glad you twisted my arm and convinced me to go. It was a good time. and WTF is up with the peasant ish? I hit something yesterday, but it wasn't peasant.
