It's being discussed. I'm trying to figure out the most fair way to do it.
Not enough people heard us say to keep their raffle tickets. So the most fair way I can think of to do it is to take the prepay list and put it in a randomizer. Pick the winner that way.
But then people that bought mad tickets and maybe didn't prepay get boned.
One of the prizes is something that quite honestly very few of our users could use. That one I'll be putting all the vendors in a randomizer and picking that way as a thank you to the vendors for helping out. It's really a prize from me and one of my vendors anyways.
Another one I have is about $1800 in machine work out of florida. Top notch place. Worth shipping your heads out or having them do a block for you and shipping it out.
The last 2 are from Cobb. Those more than likely will just get saved for next year or I'll do the randomizer thing. I'm not really sure.
I'm trying to be fair but any way I do it someone is gonna be chapped at me.
So that's the likely run down.
1 of our major prize donators boned us but they have promised to make up for it next year. Another one just didn't send what they said they would. Neither of them are vendors of ours FYI. They were people outside the community that I reached out to.
Really sorry but I'll be the most fair I can.

IIRC myself and a couple others, both Vendor and Participant handed you our tickets at the end and said to just pass anything we won along to the attendee's.
AFAIK for us 5 that still stands. I like your idea. Randomize the chit.
That said, email me our company's vector graphic? That to me is prize enough.

Ray, that sounds pretty good to me. I bought a good amount of tickets but that makes the most sense since the state of everyone's tickets are all in the air.
In the event of a redraw, I do have all $100 worth of my tickets read and willing to sort through haha

O.K. I did a randomizer for the vendors give away. I'll email that information when I get home tonight and I'll post up the results here.
I will also post up the results on who won what's left in my office hopefully tonight as well.
Planning for next year will start much earlier this year and things will be a bit different as far as structure goes and we'll iron out some of these issues. Namely we'll be buying a bull horn. LOL!
