I feel your pain. Class and studying are taking so much of my time, I'm only getting to independent heavy bag training once a week tops

between full time work and taking four classes at night, i barely have time to lift 3-5 times a week...only 3.5 more years left of doing this

I am up for some training or sparring on nights/weekends. I have thai pads and a leg kick pad as well. Please wear gloves and shin guards at a minimum

still training in Muay Thai 3 times a week, but cant lose any weight. still at 265lbs. getting faster and stronger though.

I've always been interested in martial arts but.. i dont know if weight is a problem. Im not saying im an obese **** but im still on the heavy side. Any opinions on this?

ive taken karate as a kid, muay thai now, and dabbled a little in wrestling. im 6' 265lbs, and not near skinny. its not that bad for me. lthough stamina is a real ***** when youre this heavy. how big are you, if you dont mind me askin?
