After listening to the press conference, when asked about what his vision/gameplan will be for the 49ers, Tomsula rambled on and on, and couldn't provide a definitive answer. Baalke had to literally interrupt and tell the media they're going to run the ball.

Much of the press conference was all rambling from Tomsula, I don't think I heard one clear answer in response to any question he was asked. This guy seems clueless as to what's going on. It's quite clear Baalke will be running the show. Don't know why he doesn't just declare himself GM and Head Coach altogether. Oh that's right, he'll need somebody to blame (Tomsula) if things go badly...

He looked like a deer in headlights. To be fair though the media was asking him all sorts of dumb questions and things he couldn't answer at this point. I'm sure the interviews will go smoother once he has an actual staff and gameplan in place.

Niners got rid of all assistant coaches except for Tom Rathman as the RB coach.

Pathetic defense by the Packers. They should fire their DC and hire Fangio.

Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals. Big drop on special teams, even crappier job on the fake FG; that punter wasn't going to rush for the first down. Worse job on offense at trying to get 1 first down to seal the game. Packers played 55 good minutes, then basically didn't know what hit them.

Honestly don't know what the HC was thinking for the Packers. Should've went for it on 4th and goal (4th and inches) instead of the first field goal attempt. If they failed, Seattle would've been on their own goal line.

And with 4 min left in the game, they thought they sealed the game away, so they ran the ball 4 times and made Seahawks waste 2 timeouts. Should've attempted a pass at least once on that possession and try to get a 1st down. But instead of that, they ended up with 4th and 17 or something and proceeded to their demise. I knew it was over for them after that.

Jed York wants continuity and stability for Kaepernick, yet he fires almost all the coaches, then wants to hire Kiffin, who will probably leave somewhere else next season if successful. What a dummy.

But just because the media is reporting that he's the frontrunner, doesn't mean he will get hired. Everybody thought Gase was going to be our next HC until they announced Tomsula as coach.

Well, Gase turned the job down after the interview... I'm not sure what they could've done. They wanted Gase, Tomsula is the fall back.

I will reserve judgement on the Tomsula "insertion" until an OC is hired. Rest assured that I am prepared to flip over tables when that decision is finalized.

Dat NFC championship game tho! Russell Wilson threw a dime on that game winner.

He wouldn't have needed to if he didn't throw 1, 2, 3,.... 4 picks lol

Well, the 4th wasn't really his fault, but still counts. The epic collapse by Green Bay was just as impressive. They deserve to lose after that 5 minute slow motion train wreck of a performance.

Some teams just have all the luck. Seattle is a perfect example. Always pulling wins out of their *** even when Wilson plays like **** the entire game.
