Nothing against him, but this whole process and where we end is so disappointing. Good job Baalke and Jed the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree York for what looks like a repeat of running Mooch out of town and many years of sucking.

Yup. How do you know for so long you are going to fire Jim, then have no plan for afterwards? And then to interview some good guys, not sign them, and then promote someone with NO Co-Ordinator experience OVER the man who set the defense right in Fangio?!?! They didn't even interview Fangio OR Tomsula.

The San Francisco 49ers welcome their new Head Coach ... Mike Nolan .... wait ... I mean .... Jim Tomsula.

If they end up losing Fangio because of this what an Epic Failure on the part of Jed York.

From what I've read, Fangio's gone. I certainly hope not, but that's what it's looking like.

Fangio is gone. I really hope the Raiders can get him.

Lets make a bet on which team has more wins next year.

I'm pretty pissed off over this HC decision. It doesn't make any sense to run off Fangio when defense has been top 5 for his tenure. ****ing stupid.

Harbaugh gone... and you go to... a D-line coach without headcoaching experience except for when Singletary was fired...

This hiring is a lame duck, there is no way he's going to last because he isn't a coach that's experience or proven.

York is basically letting the Niners crumble, he got his licensing and if people don't show up to the game, who cares, others will.

Here to the upcoming suck that was erickson/Mike Nolan/Dingleberry...

Where the **** is Seifert, need to hire him back, he's still alive.

York wanted Tomsula all along. Coaching search was just a sham to appease the disgruntled fans. York wanted a cheap "yes man" and he got his wish. Now he can save millions on an HC who has no experience. Super Bowl or bust? All smoke and mirrors. Tomsula won't win a SB any time soon. Will be lucky to be a .500 team next season.

Since Oakland couldn't land Harbaugh, hopefully they can scoop up Fangio.

Sounds like York took a chapter out of the Al Davis playbook. Do things MY way or gtfo.

This whole process has been very frustrating. They really should have gone with Fangio. I'm sure Tomsula was good at his job but come on! Losing Fangio is huge York is an idiot to let that one go
