Oakland has got to be #1 worst.
Browns/Bills/Jags are pall floatin' around the bottom of the totem poll.

Ted Ginn Jr. reportedly to sign with Carolina Panthers - NFL.com
Manningham has questionable knee beginning next season.

49ers Re-Sign S Darcel McBath
Interesting look. Hope Jenkins really steps in. As for the kick returner. I think we're going to see a lot of Williams, IMO LMJ is too important on offense to be returning kick offs and punts.
The Carolina Panthers will sign receiver Ted Ginn Jr. to a one-year contract, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Thursday.

49ers Re-Sign S Darcel McBath
The San Francisco 49ers announced that they have signed free agent S Darcel McBath to a one-year contract.
McBath (6-1, 198) spent the 2012 season with the 49ers after signing with the team on 7/20/12. He appeared in all 19 games, primarily on special teams where he registered eight tackles in the regular season and one in the playoffs. McBath has played in 31 career regular season games (one start), tallying 33 tackles, two interceptions, and four passes defensed.
Originally a second round draft pick by Denver in the 2009 NFL Draft, McBath appeared in 20 games with the Broncos before being released on 9/4/11. He later signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars on 12/12/11, and appeared in one game that year. The Jaguars then released him on 4/23/12

If we are at all considering Harvin then I'd imagine they must be considering making a play for Tavon Austin as well. With the amount of picks they have I could see them moving up to select him. Other than him, I don't think there is really anyone else that they would jump up the draft to grab and most likely would wait to see what falls to them.
"The San Francisco 49ers didn't solve their speed problem at wide receiver when they picked up Anquan Boldin. They added one of the slowest wideouts in the NFL and lost an athletic tight end in Delanie Walker, who wanted a chance to start.
The 49ers' offense is dynamic, but it's still lacking players that turn a 10-yard gain into a 50-yard touchdown. That's why it would be so delicious if they selected West Virginia wide receiver Tavon Austin in the 2013 NFL Draft.
The more we see of Austin, the more we love how he'll fit into a 2013 NFL offense. NFL Films senior producer Greg Cosell believes Austin is talented enough to be a top-10 pick. The 49ers don't choose until the No. 31 overall pick, but they have five picks in the first three rounds. They have the ammo to move up, should they choose.
Austin's return ability figures to appeal to teams that prize versatility, like the 49ers and the New England Patriots. You can line Austin up in the backfield as a running back. You can line him up out wide or in the slot. He figures to be a hot draft property in a league where "space" players are becoming more valuable and where there is more pre-snap movement than ever in the backfield.

The 49ers will host Austin on a pre-draft visit, according to The Sacramento Bee. The Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals and Miami Dolphins will also get an up-close look at him.
We just hope that Austin lands with a team that is creative enough to maximize his skill set. The Niners would be at the top of the list."

Colt McCoy reportedly traded to San Francisco 49ers - NFL.com
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap100...rancisco-49ers
In essence, a 5th round pick for McCoy.
We knew that Colt McCoy did not have a future with the Cleveland Browns. We didn't know whether the Browns could find any team willing to give up something for him.
The San Francisco 49ers gave us the answer on Monday.
McCoy is headed to San Francisco in a trade, according to CBS Sports, the Associated Press, and USA Today. The 49ers had a lot of extra picks this year, and we would be surprised if they gave up anything but a late-round selection for McCoy. (It may even be a conditional pick.)
McCoy immediately steps in as the favorite to backup Colin Kaepernick in 2013, although he'll have to compete with incumbent Scott Tolzien. The news comes on the same day that Matt Flynn got dealt to the Oakland Raiders, with Carson Palmer expected to move to Arizona shortly.
In McCoy, the 49ers gets a young backup with 21 games of starting experience. The Texas product looked promising as a rookie, averaging 7.1 yards-per-attempt. In theory, he has the mobility to run whatever Jim Harbaugh wants in case of emergency

The Browns traded McCoy and their sixth-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft to the 49ers on Monday in exchange for the Niners' fifth- and seventh-round selections, a source told NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. The 49ers had a lot of extra draft picks this year, so it isn't surprising that they gave up late-round selections for McCoy.

Lets hope he gets back on his feet here.
The cornerback has agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers, sources told NFL.com's Ian Rapoport on Tuesday. Per Rapoport, Asomugha will earn $1.35 million in base salary with a chance to earn an additional $1.65 million in incentives. Asomugha already pocketed $4 million from the Philadelphia Eagles.
Asomugha chose the stacked 49ers over a reunion with former Raiders defensive coordinator Rob Ryan on the New Orleans Saints after being courted by both teams
