On that same note, on the same article.... if the 49ers let Ginn Jr go without a good replacement on special teams, they're in trouble. He was friggin' awesome last year, got good yards and SAFE WITH THE BALL

49ers Sign CB *** to 2-year Deal
Looks like we've signed Former Broncos CB Perrish *** to a 2 year deal.
I really want to see us keep Carlos Rogers as well, but this may be a sign that we won't be retaining Rogers.

I like that they're going for a top flight receiver but I don't like that it's Moss.
Moss is good at one thing and one thing only and even that one thing he's not that good at anymore. Alex doesn't have the right type of game to match up so this could be a sign of going after Manning? Beyond that... if they do run with Alex next year and he has one bad game or Moss gets no looks for a one game he'll SLAM Alex and the niners in the media and they don't need that.
I personally think this is a TERRIBLE move on the niners part. Moss is a *****. Period.
There are plenty of dope WR's on the market this year if you want to make that kind of move.

We'll see how he does, he can be a baller (When he wants to play). Wondering how much we are paying him for the 1-year deal?
NFL.com news: 49ers, Moss agree to one-year deal on same day as workout
Also, we'll see if he is going to be running more than just the "Go" routes.

Looks like Alex is getting close to signing a 3 Year Deal with the Niners. We'll see how this shakes out. If he doesn't get signed, who do we go after in Free Agency (or even in the draft)?

NFL.com news: Dolphins ship WR Marshall to Bears in blockbuster trade
Considering he was traded from the Broncos to Miami for two 2nd round draft picks back in 2010 I'm a bit surprised they moved him now, but it doesn't look like they lost too much value for him. They weren't going to get the same amount back (most likely), but still kind of surprising seeing him get traded again.

I'm confused to as why the 49ers are lettin Rogers go.
After some insight, I think the 49ers are DESPERATE at the WR position. They knew Morgan was off somewhere so they had to pick someone up. Ginn is on the market, too. Desperate Moss + Desperate team lacking @ receiver position.
