Man, this Ghana vs Uruguay game is boring as hell... In extra time right now, 1-1 score and VERY boring. Probably the least exiting game of the world cup, maybe minus the first match that Japan played, that game was just awful.

OMG, that penalty kick and what led us to it was AMAZING! HOLY CRAP, HOLY DRAMA!!!

I can't believe Ghana missed that penalty kick! OMG! Suarez blocked what should have been a goal with his hand, and Ghana gets the penalty kick, and then misses it!!! Suarez gets a red card as a result and is off the field, Uruguay plays with 10 men! This game went from boring as hell to SUPER exiting! Thats what I love about soccer, oh man!

Now onto penalty kicks!

Man, what a finish to what was a boring game, and turned into one hell of an exciting game in extra time!

Ghana should have won, they would have scored the goal in the last min of extra time if that defender hadn't of knocked it out with his hand... Ghana got a penalty kick for that and Suarez from Uruguay was sent off with a red card... Ghana missed the penalty kick by hitting the post of the goal which put them into a penalty kick war....

Uruguay wins 4-3 in penalty kicks...

Uruguay played better during the first half, and it was pretty even in the second half... Ghana was better during extra time, and of course Uruguay was better in the penalty kicks... Lots of drama and nail biting during the penalty round! It was almost hard to watch, lol

I hope Germany beats Argentina, but I have doubts that it will happen. Argentina is a really strong team and they have a great chance of winning it all.

Bleh, I'm sad that Ghana lost... They really should have won with what should have been a second goal... Suarez the defender literally smacked the ball out the goal with his hand. Bleh

to be honest, i would have done the same lol.
let the ball go in, it'll would be a loss. block it with hand, red car but the team still have a chance in penalty kicks. suarez for mvp, lol.
Gyan with the golden chance...but he blew it b ut thats what football is all about! i hope he doesn't get too depressed.

Uruguay is going to be in bad shape without Suarez. Great game!

Yup i also would have done the same thing Suarez did, 50/50 chance he would have made or missed the penalty kick and it helped Uruguay big time. Its going to be tough for Uruguay to get a win over Holland without Suarez.

I thought the game was very exciting from start to finish. Good challenges and an awesome almost goal bicycle shot.

One heck of a game! Uruguay's goalie was the hero in penalty kicks. Rarely do you see 2 kicks saved.
One reason why I've loved soccer since I was a kid, so much excitement when you don't expect it.
I think that game rates up there with the USA-Algeria match,IMO.
Germany-Argentina tomorrow. Should be a good one. Go Germany (gotta go with my blood lines ) .

Yeah, Ive been rooting for Germany as well... I was born and raised there, but I got my education and my adult life here in the USA, and I'm Croatian by blood, so I root for 3 teams even though only two played this cup.

wow argentina just gave up after the second goal. it was still amazing to see Messi dribble pass two defenders and still find those little opening for the pass, but he couldnt do it all by himself.

Messi= another highly-paid club player who didn't show what he's worth. Pretty disappointing since he's suppose to be the best right now.
Maradona= I think that's the end of his reign.
Germany is a real TEAM. You could see it in their passing and organization on the field.
The way Spain has played the first half, they won't win vs. Germany.
