Nice meeting the newbs I've never met before !
45.9, 49.1 (thanks to going too hot into the second to the last turn before finish), 45.7.
I think my second run should've been the best except for that boo-boo. Must've been because I was trying to impress the EVO owner who hitched a ride with me on that run. LOL!!
No pics of anyone here except Dynamicprojektz from the first rungroup. I'll post them Tuesday.
We missed you, Edison ! How was work ?

43.1, 42.454, 42.391
My last run should have been in the 41s. I brake *just* too late for three major, hard right turns, and never got a good run out of them. There was also some bumps at the exits of the two sharpest right turns and this unsettled the car. The times are still great for me since I was riding the rev limiter so much on the longer sections.
I'm upset because I needed to clean up my right turn entries and wasn't able to, and Chris Rose put down a 41.8xx and I know I could have done that. I ran again during group 5 but the surface had changed drastically and couldn't do better than 43.7xx
All in all a good day with a VERY challenging course, and I'm happy with a 2nd place finish, but upset at myself for not getting into the 41s.

I'd like to say a few things to Kevin and Glen:
Kevin, your dad said that you wanted to do about a 50, and you were much quicker, but I liked that your goal was reasonable and that you were able to make that mark. Keep do that, it's definitely a great way to get your focus down.
Glen, very good run! I know you wanted more (like me) but you should note that you beat some pretty fast people today. Your times were great, very close to folks usually up top and in cases faster
Bill- I'm not sure if you are on the boards, but great 3rd run! You got it down to about a 44.7 i think? Nice amount of time you shaved. Keep working on your throttle usage and also making sure to keep your entry speed in check. Remember, it's all about your exit.

Thanks for the input when I took you for a ride, it gave me a few things to think about, once I get over the classic AutoX noob problem of pushing too hard and going in too hot I'll be a lot happier with myself.
Great iClub turnout today..it was cool putting some names to faces.

LOL I got a 42.0xx(+1), 42.0xx, and guess what.....another 42.0xx wtf lol. I did take the same passenger all 3 runs, and took different lines each run, but they all ended up being the same time. I sure did miss my yokohama tires this event. Kumho SPT ftl (at least in the dry), as well as not walking the course and being lazy and not adjusting my shocks (it's amazing what a little addition of compression in the rear will do for rotation). Those are my excuses and i'm sticking to them lol!
