Front Bars don't hinder turning... they hinder staying turning. You get push in the turn earlier.
Bigger front bars do make the car's steering more precise and pointy, and in many ways this aids in turn in.
Having the big rear bar allows you to get the back of the car to push the front of the car into the turn by lifting the gas pedal and shifting the weight.
But having a big front bar helps in all turning, and transitions like slaloms. It just doesn't help in steady corners like sweepers.
HOWEVER: I think 27mm is a bit big for the front. I'd get the camber done first and see how you like it. You may want to keep the front end tight and to limit the roll with such a large bar.
