The beans have been spilled, we know it's a corporate decsions to accomdate vendor requests/needs.

And there's a dif between being vulgar and using selective explatives.

You enforce a lang rule and I gaurntee people will stop posting, not everyone, but enough.

Like I said, I have run a ver successful forum before and was in charge of marketing and coming up with ideas to generate monies for the site and events put on by the site (www.rcnitrotalk.com). There are other ways to accomplish this w/o being a cuss word ****'s.

Truth is it is his site and he can do as he pleases. IMO it will not end well.

Take away the friendly relaxed feel and we have, well NASIOC minus all the technical content......
You are blowing this way out of proportion.

The swear filter has always been there.

The rule against dodging the swear filter has always been there.

We are just enforcing it more now.

If you can't get your point across without swearing then maybe you shouldn't be making a point at all. Swearing does not equal relaxed.

The atmosphere of the site has not changed one bit. There are several folks who think the sky is falling but not one of them can cite one example where something is different than it was 6 months ago.

Relax, breathe in, breathe out. It's really not that big of a deal.

As for your beef with the socal valley girls, it's no different than the trash talking you said attracted you to the site. Just don't take it too seriously and it will be fine.

If I had seen anything in this thread that looked like a personal attack, I would have stopped it right away - that's one of our rules too.

Please keep posting and speaking your mind - just let the swear filter do its job.

Can you believe there is only one person that can look at my pics of my garbage rusted dampers and send me new ones, out of a WHOLE COMPANY. Steve seemed like he wasn't doing much but surfing the net, why can't he help me.

I agree now, I should have bought TEIN like I did with my susp. Right now NRG gets a cust raiting of -5.

You know I have an extra pair I do not intend on using. Let me go look through my stuff.
