Not guilty for Violation Code 22350-I

AHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHHA **** THE POLICE. Just got the letter back from Superior Court of ****ing County of Santa Clara. AHAHAHAH had a crappy day but this brought a big smile on my face when i got home.

If you ever get a ticket, written declaration FTMFW.

first off, the officer might not have wanted to go to court to contest the ticket, and decided to dismiss the ticket.

secondly, i take offense to you saying F the police. Not cool homie, you never know who is watching what you write.

what do you mean? I wrote how what i was doing was what any other reasonable person would do in my situation. Which was going a little more over the posted speed limit while traveling down a steep gradient.

=p doesn't everyone on the highway. even if you are 1mph over still against the law, hehe. although i was about 12 =)

It was not dismissed. I was found Not Guilty. It was a Trial by written declaration, cops would gladly go to a court trial because they get paid overtime to be there.
I'm sorry that I have offended but cant please everyone on the interweb can i.

Lucky!

Basic rule is a tough one to fight usually its your word against the cops, and Judges usually tend to go with the cops.

Written dec might just be the thing to try next time I get cited for 22350-, but I'm guessing the Judge was just feeling generous in your case...
