My new suby manifold jig is much bigger and has lots of features built into the jig. Very nice jig.

Will probably bring my camera back to work, as i semi got my wish to build the entire turbo setup. The fitment and overall craftsmanship of the turbo kit my boss got was horrible. So this week I have been rebuilding the entire kit from replacing pretty much everything. I should be finishing the rest of the kit tomorrow, been a hectic week

The turbos look to be a s200 series borgwarner for the first turbo, which then feeds the larger turbo which is a s400 series borgwarner. Fairly big and complex setup.

Using the big road armor or whatever bumpers. the big plate bumpers. I went over all the exposed welds with the tig yesterday but was too hot welding with 300amps...lol. so got to work at 530 this morning and started on them immediately since it gets hot pushing 300A going over all the exposed mig welds and making them look pretty, but also making them a beter welder since quite a few of the welds werent 100%, lots of voids.
