Non Suby Fab-Diesel Excursion

So finally putting the bosses diesel ford excursion back together. Here are some pics of where it sits. Motor should be put back together and in on monday. Almost done with the manifolds that will be going on as well, which will then be mated up to a twin turbo setup. ENJOY!

ya, the truck is sick. Lots of fab work involved. We manufacture basically all those parts in house.

Beautiful work like always man. I LOVE that heavy duty jig that has the purge built right into it! Thats a pretty sweet set-up especially if you plan on putting these into production.

Mall crawling in style - doesn't mean the fab work isn't top notch though. Not my taste, but I'm VERY impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail.

Going to act as a display vehicle to show what the shop is capable of, but it will also get used. We're doing a couple of things that you cant see/arent for show that are for offroad type stuff, so it better get used. Plus he is adamant about jumping the thing.

But it certainly isn't your average mall crawler, lots of trick stuff on it.

I'll have some VERY trick suby stuff to show starting very soon as well.
