noise @ 85 mph

noise @ 85 mph
so, i finally got my car out of the body shop after 5 weeks.
i had them put on an STi grill and scoop (Thanks Suby Dude). it looks all good, but now i hear a whistling noise at aout 85 mph. i remember hearing a noise simmilar to it at about 120 to 130 mph, but not at 85. has anyone else heard this???
