Badass Jason Anderson going 94mph through the intersection toward NOTHING and not running hot.

The teens did not have the right of way in that turn. They were hauling *** too? Doesn't make either party right though.

I think the teens should be posthumusly cited for an illegal left turn.

And that cop should be cited for reckless driving and vehicular homicide.

Was the recording from another police squad car? The car that crashed was probably showing off or trying to get attention, messing around.

How so?
In California, if you're going 20 over the limit, you give up any "right of way" you may have.
Further, the teens had entered the intersection before the cop did so.
Doesn't matter, he killed two people and will not spend one day in jail.

+1 I dont see anything the teens did wrong here. They were in the turn lane, and enter the intersection before the cops.
This is just tragic.

When making an unprotected left turn (no green arrow), you are technically supposed to yield to oncoming traffic. But oncoming traffic should not be traveling at twice the speed limit. That looked like a 40-45 mph road. That cop was just reckless. RIP teens.

Bull****,

The cop was not code 3, had no lights on, no siren, and was going almost 3x the posted limit.
