Not to jack anyone's thread. But if I have an EWG setup and put the stock downpipe back on, will I be able to pass smog as well? Thanks

Agreed with Paul partially cause I am afraid of his collection of doomsday devices and the other part is cause you can not modify anything between the air filter and the end of the catalytic converter.
