this is one of those situations you might want to try running a search on....there are many, many threads about various Vishnu upgrades. Anyway, vishnu is a well known tuner of both WRX's and EVOs, so there is no shortage of info on them here.
Also, you can Check out MPJ Performance/GB Motorsports, in Hayward, they know their sh*t, and are also a well known vendor. Real nice guys too.

Closest meets to S.F. are Eggettes in South City on Wednesdays at 7:30pm and Daly City Mission Plaza meets on Fridays at 7:30pm also. Hope to see you out at one of these meets sometime. Check the Meets forum if you want more details
