NEW Smog law????...
Hey, what this I hear about a new smog law? The cops are going to be pulling people over and doing random smog checks? 
effective next month??
who knows, or heard about this?? Is it even true?

I have tried to do a yahoo search for it, but cant find anything on what I was told. They did change the years though, and a lot of people dont like it.
Anyone else have any Idea what I am talking about??

dyno smog, but it won't include us since awd is excempt... or so i think... anyways 4 wheel dyno doesn't work for my car anyways haha

And I have heard of random roadside smog checks here in California. I have heard that it is mainly Southern California though.
I read alot and like I said "relax"

btw my friend got dinged for a dyno smog when he bought his used car 2 weeks ago. he first went in for a regular smog and was about to pass everything then the computer flashed saying he needs the dyno smog
luckaly when he got to the dyno place he was except from it since he had a GSX and its AWD hehe so he passed.
