New Kartboy STi ShortShifter

I was browsing Kartboy's site, and I came across the new STi Short shifter that was released sometime this week. I am wonderin if anyone has installed this yet, and what they think of it? Also is the installion easy (steps?) If anyone could get back to me on this.. i'd appreciate it!

I got one to install and do a page on our site. I have pics of it and the bushings there now but next Sunday I have a local guy coming by so I can put it in his STi and take pics.
