Sti should get up to 380 imo.................time to step the game up before the car is just a regular old smuck.

stop changing the exterior of subarus until you fix the ****ing paint!!!!!!!!!

cheap bastids

oh yea, and making it so people have to pay 10 grand more regardless of the reason for the increase coupled with the fact the bbs are gone, the intercooler lettering gone (just slightly less finished)...............

so why didn't the sti get cheaper instead of more expensive?
+1 For better paint.

i though i remember seeing a video or reading WRC mag, that the WRC cars that gets shipped to england to built up are plain jane imprezas.

after all, they strip EVERYTHING off the car, down to bare frame and shell.

then they replace every single part needed.

so why bother with the more expensive parts of the SPEC C when it will be replaced...

IIRC, i saw a lot full of white imprezas in the prodrive backlot.

That might be true, but the model its supposed to be based off of for marketing is the WRX Type RA Spec C, you know, so all the fanbois and say they have the car the the wrc car is based off of. Actually, I think you're talking about the Group N cars.

but they base their rule compliance off the spec C. But yeah I'm sure they're not tearing apart Spec C's. And last I saw all the cars prodrive was tearing in to where all white.

[QUOTE=slow04wrx;2383094] actually think weight of the 08 is only about 60
lbs more than 06/07.

I believe the weight difference is a scant 22 lbs. I've read that in several places, but those numbers could very well be wrong. I should weigh my neighbor's '08 against my '05!

Maybe, just maybe, the U.S. will get the Spec C. We finally got the GTR, right?

Yeah this isnt GT4
