Need R134a A/C Recharge
Anyone know of a good, reputable shop that does this preferably in the Peninsula area? No, I will not buy those DIY kits at the stores. I've heard some bad reviews about them and doing it DIY. I'd rather pay the price and get it done right.

It could be a very slow leak, one of my lines had a hole the size of a pin tip. Invisible to the naked eye. And, if it just needs to be topped off, I really do recommend the can from any auto store. Just make sure you buy one with the gauge on it, so you don't overfill it. Usually the bad reviews are from people who are impatient and overfill their system.

You don't drain refrigerant, you collect it. If you have to do any major repairs its best to take it to a shop that has the right equipment. If you have any questions about the condition about the system its best to take it to a shop.

I can do It for like $20, Takes about 15 mins or so.
Like I stated before I'm a certified refrigeration technician so I'm not a hack, I've filled commercial systems with over 200# of Refer before and use my gauges daily and have been for the last 7 years.
If It does have a small leak then Its best to have the system pressurized and checked for leaks. Evacuated and recharged to system specs.
If you just want It looked at and check to see If Its actually low I can take care of that and top off as necessary.
PM me your number If you want It looked at and I'll just meet up with you after work sometime this week.
