Need help! Anybody want to rent?
Times are tough right now for my family. We have a tenant that just moved out of our townhouse, and my roomate just told me last night that he was moving to Arizona by New Years.

before I got married, I used to rent my second bedroom out using this site...

You can limit which company you want the intern from... blah blah blah... I limited them to Intel only since I know they do drug test, they get pay, and need at least 3.5GPA to get in. So that is a pretty good screen for me.
