I need to borrow an access port cable for a few minutes. I lost my cable recently and for some reason, when I removed my battery for cleaning, my car Lost its tune... Non idea what happened

Lost your tune? How is that possible?

 

Its a standard type of cable. if you have a ps3 the cable used to charge the controller works. its also the same type of cable for many digital cameras. FYI.

 

A) Do you have a Ver1 or Ver2 AP? If it is Ver2, your cable is any standard USB cable
B) When you're battery dies, your ECU reverts to the basemap that was flashed. Your realtime map and learning will have been erased, but your basemap should have been your standard tune.

Yeah, exactly. There's no way you lost your tune, you just reset the ECU, it has to re-learn your driving habits, usually takes a couple hundred miles for me.
